We are continuing to invite applications from potential franchisees, ideally with food industry experience, who live within a couple of hours of Birmingham. Bradford or Sheffield are key targets for us. Franchisees must love our food and be driven to run a profitable operation as part of our exciting, growing brand.

Operations are backed by bespoke technology for easy kitchen operation, keeping teams happy and reducing staff turnover.

For the right franchisees, we are also offering multi-unit opportunities. Franchisees should have a good grasp of business and have ambitions to grow. In return we offer full turn-key opening of stores, training, marketing, support and access to our brilliant yet simple brand concept which also includes established supplier relationships, plus the bespoke technology to enable them to run a profitable franchised business, to achieve exceptional sales from day one.

  • New Burger & Sauce Franchisee Builds for the Future with Leicester Launch

New Burger & Sauce Franchisee Builds for the Future with Leicester Launch

Burger & Sauce’s newest franchisee Amandeep Singh has launched in Leicester.

The new restaurant situated on London Road, is the first Burger & Sauce to open in Leicester and it creates 12 new jobs in the city.

Amandeep Singh was a self-employed builder for six years developing both residential properties and retail stores before joining Burger & Sauce as a franchisee.  He explains:

For several years I’d been in construction, creating retail outlets but I was looking to do something totally different.  I wanted to build something for myself and thought why not run a retail store?  I came across Burger & Sauce and loved the fresh, tasty burgers all served with signature sauces plus a smile!  It was clear the restaurants were always busy, and the brand was well marketed.  I just went for it!

Although I don’t have direct fast-food experience, the Burger & Sauce franchise opportunity offers comprehensive training in all aspects of running the business.  I’ve been training in one of the Birmingham restaurants and so has the new team.  The model is simple, and each restaurant has technology and processes to help it run smoothly.  It’s completely different from my previous career but I’m now really excited to get my teeth into something new supported by the Burger & Sauce franchise team!

    Anthony Round, Franchise Director confirms:

We’ve been blown away by the number of burgers sold during Leicester’s first weekend of trading!  We have ten more restaurant launches planned for this year, so this is a fabulous start to 2023!

Once the Leicester Burger & Sauce is established, Amandeep plans to open more Burger & Sauce restaurants.  He confirms:

Joining while the franchise is relatively young means there is a lot of opportunity for expansion.  I can see the potential in such a popular product driven by an experienced team.  I’m now looking forward to helping grow the Burger & Sauce brand and introducing our tasty burgers to even more customers in the future.

The Leicester Burger & Sauce is currently under construction and is set to open within the next few weeks.

Anthony Round, Franchise Director, of the award-winning Burger & Sauce franchise added:

Since start-up, Burger & Sauce’s popularity has grown beyond our expectations!  We are seeing incredible demand in all of our restaurants for eat-in, takeaway and delivery.  We are now pleased to be able to offer committed new franchisees the opportunity to join in our success and offer our full support to ensure they get off to the best start to grow sales, enabling them to take on more restaurants if they choose.

For those interested in running a Burger & Sauce restaurant, exclusive territories are currently available around two hours’ drive from Birmingham.  A ten-year franchise licence is £15,000 plus store and fit-out costs and fees.  Multi-site development licences are also available for approved franchisees.   For further information please email:  franchise@burgerandsauce.com or visit:  witty-cyan-porpoise.185-199-220-111.cpanel.site/franchise/

  • Burger & Sauce Franchisee Invests in new West Bromwich Restaurant

Burger & Sauce Franchisee Invests in new West Bromwich Restaurant

Burger & Sauce’s franchisee for Kings Heath, Talha Masood has invested in a new restaurant in West Bromwich which is now open.

The new West Bromwich Burger & Sauce located just off the high street, on Bull Street, has created 20 new jobs.

Talha Masood who is Saad Masood’s brother – founder of Burger & Sauce – has a QSR background and is also franchisee for multiple food brands. With over ten years’ experience in the industry, Talha was quick to recognise the simplicity of the Burger & Sauce model and was keen to invest.

    He explains:

I looked at the numbers of the existing stores and could see how with the help of strong relationships with platforms like Uber Eats, the simple, fresh burger experience had caught on so rapidly! I own the Kings Heath franchise which is managed by my team and now I’ve invested in West Bromwich too, to provide the unique Burger & Sauce experience to more customers.

West Bromwich is an up-and-coming area. We will occupy the ground floor of a new build.  It’s a big space originally designed for three stores, however, I decided to take the whole 2,500 square foot to offer 50 covers, plus delivery to the local area once established.

Talha Masood who originally began his career as a Civil Engineering Graduate before moving onto Project Management then diverted into the food industry when the commute from Birmingham to Gatwick became too great.

    He says:

The food industry is very different, challenging yet rewarding and it’s great to work closer to home!  These days, I’m more of an investor, overseeing the operation from a higher level, while my team manages the day-to-day running of restaurants.

It is clear Burger & Sauce offers many opportunities and I look forward to more openings on the horizon soon; how quickly, will depend on availability of locations and suitable sites.  I’m excited to be part of the Burger & Sauce brand expansion and delighted to support my brother Saad in his venture, and to help Burger & Sauce become the house-hold name for fresh burgers in the UK.

For those interested in running a Burger & Sauce restaurant, exclusive territories are currently available around two hours’ drive from Birmingham. A ten-year franchise licence is £15,000 plus store and fit-out costs and fees. Multi-site development licences are also available for approved franchisees. • Seven New Openings Confirmed

    Seven New Openings Confirmed

Burger & Sauce has today confirmed seven new restaurants will open over the next six months.

Sites in Leicester, Coventry, West Bromwich, Walsall, Derby, plus Bearwood road and Sutton Coldfield in Birmingham, will create around 140 jobs as the franchised brand expands across the Midlands.

Anthony Round, Franchise Director, Burger & Sauce confirms:

There was no-way of knowing how popular our fresh, tasty burgers would become when the first Burger & Sauce restaurant was created during the Pandemic.  Yet, despite challenging trading conditions, our Alum Rock site in Birmingham turned over £1.5 million in its first year! Since then, the concept has been well and truly proven with the success of our other franchised restaurants, including our most recent Nottingham launch. We offer fabulous fresh, fast-food at great value, and burgers are now set to be big business for our franchisees as they expand into new locations.

Burger & Sauce is also looking for new franchisees to join its growing operation.  Anthony Round confirms:

There is a huge opportunity to capitalise on the gap in the market we have identified for great tasting, fresh burgers which deliver value and appeal to a wide customer base. For the right, ambitious franchisees, we provide full training and ongoing support and marketing. Our site sourcing team works on securing high-profile restaurant locations and full store fit-out is arranged. Once the restaurant is ready to open, franchisees are simply handed the keys.

Burger & Sauce franchisees also benefit from the organisation’s bespoke technology which automates customer orders to make life easy for staff, while tech is also used to ensure supplies and ingredient storage is organised in the most efficient way possible. A marketing deal with UberEATS means ordering for delivery is made simple for customers too.

    Anthony Round continues:

We have taken advantage of technology and designed the business from the bottom-up for efficiency and ease of operation. This means it’s easy to train staff and to scale up.  All of our existing franchisees have now signed multi-restaurant deals as we work towards our goal of becoming the house-hold name for fresh burgers in the UK.

For those interested in running a Burger & Sauce restaurant, exclusive territories are currently available around two hours’ drive from Birmingham.  A ten-year franchise licence is £15,000 plus store and fit-out costs and fees.  Multi-site development licences are also available for approved franchisees.

  • Burger & Sauce Brings Fresh Offering to Nottingham

Burger & Sauce Brings Fresh Offering to Nottingham

Burger & Sauce brings a fresh offering to Nottingham with the launch of its brand-new restaurant on Alfreton Road, creating 20 new jobs in the city.

The new site will be managed by Subhan Munir who also runs the Alum Rock Burger & Sauce in Birmingham.

Burger & Sauce franchisee, Subhan Munir, explains:

Customers literally can’t get enough of our tasty burgers all freshly made in-store, each day! They also love our signature sauces which take our burgers to a whole new level of delicious fresh, fast food.

We know from running our UberEATS numbers for other Burger & Sauce restaurants, that we have a 75-80% customer retention rate which means customer loyalty is strong.  It’s great to welcome back the same faces and we are committed to encouraging repeat orders with plenty of new menu innovations.

Demand is such that as soon as I opened the Alum Rock Burger & Sauce during the Pandemic, I realised there was an opportunity to grow and operate multiple restaurants. I’ve already agreed to open four more outlets in the near future.

Alfreton Road is the first of these and we are now located right in the heart of a popular food and restaurant area of the city. We chose Nottingham as it has a vibrant student population and believe our great food and prices will really hit the sweet spot for those who’ve come to study at the University as well as tempting those who live in the area too!

For those interested in running a Burger & Sauce restaurant, exclusive territories are currently available in the Midlands. A ten-year franchise licence is £15,000 plus store and fit-out costs, planning and legal fees plus  management service fee and marketing contribution. Multi-site development licences are also available for approved franchisees.
